Job Description

The Omnichannel Sales Associate is responsible for driving remote sales from the Jimmy Fairly headquarters.

Your Missions

  • Customers outreach: contacting customers to offer and schedule appointments in one of our 30 stores in the UK

  • Store Coordination: Acting as the primary link with retail teams to ensure seamless appointment management.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring remote sales activities and identifying ways to optimize them.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Retail teams (pre-sales support), Customer Care (after-sales support), and Digital teams (optimizing CRM touchpoints).

You will build genuine relationships with customers to provide the highest level of service and experience. Your #1 priority will be ensuring daily customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with à “merchant soul” and a successful initial experience in retail.

  • You enjoy taking on challenges and are persistent.

  • You demonstrate empathy and strong listening skills.

  • You are an excellent oral communicator.

  • You are a team player.

  • Fluent English is required; native or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.

Position Details

  • Contract: Full-time Permanent contract (CDI) based in Paris

  • Compensation: Fixed salary + bonuses
