- * Essential Skills & Experience

ERP Expertise:
- * You possess hands-on, technical experience with ERP, construction, or accounting software.
- ** Proven Consultant:
- * You bring a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of software consulting experience within the construction or accounting software industries.
- ** Training Guru:
- * You find ease in translating complex, technical concepts to a variety of audiences and are comfortable leading classroom-style trainings
- ** Project Leadership:
- * You are a natural at requirements gathering, negotiating, and managing the change process for complex software implementations.
- ** Customer Advocate:
- * You have a strong initiative and a customer-service orientation, with the ability to master training and presentation skills quickly.###
