Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple chat sessions at once while ensuring high-quality communication and quick resolution of problems.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve more complex customer issues.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
