[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager will support senior Project Managers in coordinating and advancing projects from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate project progress through routing work for review and managing submissions for client and medical/legal approval
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes across projects
- Collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services teams throughout project lifecycles
- Gain proficiency in multiple submission platforms and prepare assets for submission
- Maintain electronic job folders and route projects for review and sign-off using agency platforms
- Manage project records including opening, closing, updating tasks, and uploading files
- Generate weekly project financial reports
- Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
- Assist Senior Project Managers and the project management team
Skills
- Detail and process-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using technology and ability to follow instructions promptly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Positive collaboration skills and a commitment to the organization's mission
