Payments and Processing Operator - Analyst

Deutsche Bank is a global leader in financial services, and they are seeking a Payments and Processing Operator to join their USD Cash Operations team. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payment transactions and collaborating with various teams to support corporate banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of payment transactions (including performing all relevant controls) for Wires and Bulk Payments
  • Monitor payments that have not flowed systematically and gain Credit Risk Management approval
  • You will reach out to the Client Service Office for accounts that have insufficient funding to have clients fund the accounts
  • Prepare End of Day and Monthly Reports for Funds Release/Repair related activity
  • Close collaboration with our extended team in India and US Sales and Product teams
  • Participate in any releases related to the Payment System to ensure seamless processing

Skills

  • Degree or some knowledge of Wire/ High Value Payment, Automated Clearing House, Payment Processing
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with deadlines
  • Ability to keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the Business offering
  • Self-driven working style
  • Expertise in Microsoft-Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task
