Responsibilities
- Review title reports, identify defects, and drive the resolution process from start to finish
- Work directly with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and clients to obtain documentation and clear title conditions
- Ensure timelines are met and maintain clear, accurate records of curative activity
- Communicate updates to all parties involved
