Day-to-day tasks include replying to customer messages, answering their questions, providing helpful resources, and letting them know about promotions and benefits they can use. Rate: $35 per hour Requirements: A laptop, phone, or tablet is necessary, along with reliable internet access. You'll need solid written English skills to succeed in this role. Skills/background needed: This role welcomes newcomers with no previous background required. Full training is provided to set you up for success.
