Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive growth and success for Cigna's Individual and Family Plans division. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the individual and family plans, and make recommendations for improvements. Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans for the division. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the division. Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Provide leadership and direction to the division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and vision.
