Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both online and in-store. You'll engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a fantastic customer experience. You'll also be responsible for operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service, both online and in-store
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and stockrooms
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and resetting shelves
- Implement employer asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding regulated products
- Participate in special assignments and other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience working with arenaflex
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
