About the role

As a Talent Acquisition & People Success Partner, you will play a vital role in scaling our global  teams and shaping a culture where every Inspectorian can thrive.

This is a hybrid role that blends strategic talent acquisition with impactful people partnering. You will dedicate your expertise to our go-to-market teams, acting as a trusted advisor to its leaders.You will help us build a world-class employee experience, from the first conversation with a candidate to their ongoing growth and development at Inspectorio.

What you'll do

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: You will own the entire recruitment process. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing high-quality candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
  • Build Strategic Talent Pipelines: You will develop proactive strategies to attract and engage top talent, using data and market intelligence to identify and connect with candidates for current and future roles.
  • Advise and Coach Leaders: Serve as a trusted partner to line managers. You will provide guidance on everything from team structure and performance management to employee development and engagement.
  • Drive Performance & Growth: You will support performance review cycles, help leaders set clear expectations, and partner on creating development plans that empower Inspectorians to grow their careers.
  • Strengthen Our Culture: You will champion Inspectorio’s values by translating employee feedback into meaningful actions, strengthening belonging, and coaching managers through sensitive employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
  • Collaborate on Cross-Functional Projects: You will contribute to or lead People Team initiatives that support broader business goals, partnering with teams across Inspectorio to drive impact.
  • Leverage Data and AI: You will use people analytics and AI tools to inform your decisions, improve effectiveness, and provide insights that strengthen organizational health.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.
  • A deep understanding of how to source, attract, and hire for go-to-market roles, with specific experience supporting the US and EMEA markets.
  • Proven experience working effectively as part of a globally distributed, remote team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and advise senior leaders.
  • A proactive mindset toward using AI and data to make recruitment
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar advisory role is a strong plus.Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate
