The Healthcare Operations Coordinator (Care Navigator) is responsible for providing program and initiative support across WellSky. This individual will be responsible for managing our relationship with a payer, handling the approval and denial of Medicare insurance authorizations. They will work closely with providers, delivering outstanding communication and exceptional service. *The successful candidate will be available for the 1-10pm shift and the occasional weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities: Being the primary point of contact for providers and assisting with Medicare insurance claims Managing patient records and facilitating various methods of communication with healthcare providers Provide coordination and support for various programs and initiatives, including assisting with development and administration of programs. Support program requirements at multiple stages through successful completion by meeting all deadlines, executing assigned project-related tasks, and accomplishing defined deliverables. Maintain accurate documentation, collateral, and reporting to support program operations and goals. Troubleshoot and research best practices to provide process improvement and issue resolution. Communicate regularly with appropriate stakeholders to support timely completion of program deliverables. Perform other job duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare and/or a healthcare setting Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
