Division Coordinator, Global Store and Visual Experience

Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to (5) department heads, including calendar management, expense reporting, travel coordination, and organization of weekly development reports.
  • Manage professional store photography, including upkeep and distribution to global partners; support the creation of investor presentations.
  • Prepare electronic materials, including design pin-ups, PowerPoint presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Track and prepare reports and presentations for executive-level review.
  • Prepare and distribute timely meeting recaps to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the design studio to a high standard, including organization of materials, supply management, and upkeep of the design library.
  • Maintain and update departmental information, including systems, showroom data, and store metrics.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide general team support including, but not limited to, invoice processing and supply coordination.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years professional experience
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency 
  • Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency preferred
  • Ability to read architectural construction documents preferred.
