In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to help them find coverage that fits their needs, while developing your own client base and income stream.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with clients to understand their needs

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

Required

  • Active Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
  • Stable Internet
  • Working Computer (Desktop or laptop) with at least

Preferred

  • Previous experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services
  • Familiarity with health and life insurance products
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
