Job Overview:

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) leads key HR functions, partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. This role oversees Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development, and HR Operations, with involvement in Talent Acquisition. The Sr. HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring effective HR practices, regulatory compliance, and a strong employee experience while supporting organizational growth and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee core HR processes and services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple HR functions to support business goals and ensure consistent HR practices.
  • Support managers and employees on workplace matters, performance issues, and policy application, ensuring compliance and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market and business needs.
  • Drive performance management, learning, and development initiatives to build strong internal talent.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to support recruitment efforts and workforce planning.
Required:
  • Bachelor's  degree in Psychology, Admin or Related field
  • 8+ Year in HR Related Areas
  • Bilingual C1
  • Knowledge of CR Labor Law
  • KPI & Metrics Management
  • Microsoft Office
