The Role

Were seeking a trauma-informed, integrative health coach to join our founding team. Youll support adults navigating long-term illness, burnout, or caregiving by offering tools for sustainable routines, nervous system care, nutrition, and energy pacing.

This role may begin as very part-time, with a caseload that builds gradually in the first 1-3 months.

Because were onboarding providers in advance of our public launch, there may be a short delay in referrals. Were building a thoughtful, sustainable system, and wed love for you to grow with us!

You Might Be:

• A NBHWC-certified health coach with experience supporting clients with chronic illness or burnout
• A graduate of FMCA, Duke, or Wellcoaches who wants to join a trauma-aware, integrative team
• A clinical-minded coach with strong boundaries and deep empathy
• A caregiver or chronic illness survivor who now supports others with lived insight and compassion

Must-Haves

• Undergraduate degree in nutrition, psychology, integrative health, or a related field
• Certification from an NBHWC-approved or clinically reputable coaching program (e.g., FMCA, Duke, Wellcoaches)
• Experience working with clients facing chronic illness, fatigue, burnout, or dysregulation
• Clear understanding of the scope of health coaching (this is not a diagnostic or prescriptive role)
• Secure, private home office setup with strong internet and webcam
• Alignment with Spoonlys mission and values

Bonus Qualifications

• Training in trauma-informed coaching, nervous system education, or functional nutrition
• Graduate-level coursework in health-related disciplines
• Lived experience with chronic illness or caregiving
• A calm, collaborative presence and an organized approach to client care

Compensation

• $68 per session (1099)
• Paid monthly via direct deposit
