This role is pivotal in shaping Mastercard’s market position through multi-year account strategies, commercial excellence, and cross-functional leadership. 2. Role Own and grow strategic account portfolios across banks, issuers, and large merchants—developing joint business plans, renewal cycles, and cross-selling the full Mastercard suite (Core, Digital, Cyber & Intelligence, Data & Services, Advisors, Acceptance, Open Banking). Own P&L accountability for assigned accounts: forecast accuracy, revenue realization, profitability, and budget management; track KPIs and course-correct proactively. Develop market insights and competitive intelligence to inform account strategies, defend share, and identify whitespace opportunities. Lead governance and cadence (QBRs, JBP reviews, executive updates), ensuring progress on commitments, risks, and escalations. Coach and elevate the team, building capabilities in consultative selling, solutioning, and executive communication. Ensure compliance & risk management across all engagements, aligning with regulatory standards, data privacy, brand integrity, and ethical practices. 3.
