Were currently looking for a QA Engineer to join our remote-first development team. If you have an engineering mindset and enjoy ensuring product quality in complex systems, this is your chance to work on impactful insurance and financial technology products with a strong international team.

Your Role

As a QA Engineer at Radity, youll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our applications. We welcome both strong Manual Testers and Automation Engineers, as long as you approach quality from an engineering perspective.

Youll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to build high-quality solutions in the financial and insurtech domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for complex web applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks where applicable.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve testability, quality standards, and release processes.
  • Validate APIs, data flows, and integrations across systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and quality practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in QA (manual, automation, or both).
  • Strong engineering mindset with a structured and analytical approach to testing.
  • Experience working on financial services or insurtech products is required.
  • Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and data validation.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with data and validating backend logic.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.
