Institutional Custody Client Service Administrator (Hybrid)

UMB Bank is expanding its Institutional Custody team, which provides custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients. The Client Service Administrator will serve as the primary contact for custody clients, fielding inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer service while supporting client strategies and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Field client inquiries and serve as the primary contact for assigned custody clients to process any requests and provide the highest level of customer service
  • Use Excel for tracking and reporting purposes and use Custody processing systems to enter wire transactions, trades, and other money movements
  • Partner with internal teams to drive client strategies and ensure client requests are satisfied

Skills

  • You have a minimum of one (1) year prior experience working in Financial Services (or equivalent experience) in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
