[Remote] Implementation Consultant I - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RealPage, Inc. is looking for an Implementation Consultant I who will be responsible for scoping and configuring assigned projects. The role involves managing client communication, training, and ensuring best practices are followed during product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned implementation projects for Vas Onboarding prioritized products
• Collect project requirements such as configuration documents, questionnaires, property list
• Complete Kick off meeting with customers as needed. This task goes over product summary, requirements, implementation timelines, and best practices
• Complete all configuration items assigned in the established SLA
• Complete all follow up communication with the customer to keep project on track
• Work cross functionally to resolve any issues with Customer success, Support, Product, and Sales teams
• Monitor project progress and update clients accordingly
• If tasks for project completion are distributed across the team, the consultant is responsible for assigning those tasks within the established SLA and ensure that they are completed
• Deliver final project within the established SLA
• Complete final training call and provide best practices to customer

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft 360 products
• Strong Critical Thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic understanding of project management and CRM tools
