[Remote] Implementation Specialist

Odyssey is a company focused on transforming K-12 education through Education Savings Account programs, partnering with state agencies to operate these initiatives effectively. As an Implementation Specialist, you will manage customer relationships and deployment projects, ensuring successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction for clients.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure every customer we work with sees Odyssey as an indispensable partner — making the decision to continue and expand their relationship with us an easy one
  • You own and execute projects across new and existing customers, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned every step of the way
  • You build strong, trust-based relationships with your assigned customer stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact and a credible voice for Odyssey
  • You contribute to a scalable deployment playbook — finding ways to apply what's worked before rather than reinventing the wheel with each new customer
  • You proactively surface risks, flag blockers early, and work cross-functionally to keep implementations moving forward

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex plans into clear, actionable messaging for both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Solid technical acumen — comfortable working within technical systems and analyzing data to drive decisions
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools — a strong plus
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to keep getting better
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
