Business Development Representative

LumenServe is America’s first and only Tower Lighting as a Service® (TLaaS) provider, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their inside sales team. This role involves outbound sales and lead generation, focusing on establishing customer relationships and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Identify needs and educate prospects on LumenServe’s services
  • Set meetings and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Manage follow-up with prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Support the outside sales team when needed
  • Work closely with sales leadership and marketing
  • Participate in coaching, call reviews, and team meetings
  • Contribute to team goals while living our company values

Skills

  • Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based sales
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM tools
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
  • Experience selling tower owners obstruction lighting or telecom products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required with relevant experience
  • Telecom or obstruction lighting experience is not required (we train you)
