Sales and Marketing Enablement Specialist

Liberty Systems is a company dedicated to providing innovative air and nitrogen generation systems for industrial customers. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Enablement Specialist to collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams, developing sales collateral and supporting business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the commercial team to understand their needs and deliver timely, on-brand content and marketing support
  • Develop and update sales collateral like presentations, product sheets, and proposal templates using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
  • Support business development by attracting and nurturing prospects, tracking their engagement, and reporting on their journey through the sales funnel
  • Help plan, organize, and prepare materials for trade shows and booths
  • Manage the sales enablement content libraries and support CRM data hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications (May 2024 or 2025 graduates welcome)
  • Genuine passion for sales, marketing, and B2B business
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for trade shows and events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Canva, Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  • Strong visual and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects
  • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to develop in a fast-paced company
  • Ability to build genuine relationships across teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and reliable
  • Fluency in Spanish is a major plus and strongly encouraged
