Bring seasonal shopping moments to life on one of the world’s largest e-commerce homepages. RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Site Merchandiser to join for an approximate 12-month project! RUN Studios is seeking a Site Merchandiser to support seasonal events and homepage merchandising for a large-scale e-commerce platform. In this role, you will help create and publish engaging, on-brand content that supports major shopping moments such as holidays and promotional campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure homepage content is timely, relevant, and aligned with evolving customer needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the most highly trafficked homepages in the world while helping shape the online shopping experience for millions of customers. As a Site Merchandiser, You Will

  • Create on-brand, customer-focused homepage content that supports seasonal campaigns, promotions, and major retail events
  • Build and publish site content using internal content management tools and merchandising systems
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Analyze site content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, design, and business stakeholders to meet campaign objectives
  • Contribute to social media and cross-channel initiatives that support broader merchandising and promotional efforts
  • Communicate project status, priorities, and potential blockers to stakeholders while proactively identifying solutions

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce content management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate needs, timelines, and challenges
  • Resourceful and proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs
  • Experience working in retail or e-commerce environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with website platforms, content management systems, or internal publishing tools is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting work or updates to stakeholders is beneficial

Compensation

Pay Range: $35.00 - $43.50 (Hourly) The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location. Benefits: Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
