Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Chat Operator to join our team. As a chat operator, you'll engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, scheduling appointments, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chat Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses

  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback

Training and Requirements

As a remote team member, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, covering:

  • arenaflex's products and services
  • Customer service best practices
  • Chat software and tools
  • Time management and productivity techniques

To ensure your success, you'll need:

  • A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
  • A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
