Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working on the 3rd shift, from 11pm-7am, and will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns Thoroughly reviewing loan applications through various software systems to assess candidate eligibility for loans Creating and updating records to ensure accurate and efficient processing Identifying client needs and exploring available options to provide tailored solutions Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to achieve individual and team goals Why Join arenaflex?
