You will be working within our advanced Big Data Tech Stack including Java, Python, and SQL Spark, Hadoop, Hive, DynamoDB, RedShift, Athena, Kinesis, data lake, Iceberg, Hudi, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, NoSQL, Parquet, Avro, graph databasesAbout the team: This collaborative, diverse group of Big Data Developers are building the next generation, best in show Risk Scoring applications for customers in multiple business verticals.RequirementsCurrent and extensive development experience and expertise with similar tools; Java, Python, and SQL Spark, Hadoop, Hive, DynamoDB, RedShift, Athena, Kinesis, data lake, Iceberg, Hudi, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, NoSQL, Parquet, Avro, graph databases.Familiarity of industry best practices - code coverage.Demonstrated proficiency with data manipulation languages.Knowledge and experience of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexityResponsibilities.Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.Collaborate closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.Thrive within our advanced Big Data Tech Stack and be open learning and using new technologies.Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.Resolve technical issues as necessaryLexisNexis® Risk Solutions is supportive of women in Technology and has been a founding signature for the Tech Talent Charter.
