Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Groups is seeking an AI Engineer specializing in DevOps and Site Reliability. This role involves administering AI developer tools, building automation scripts, and collaborating with vendors and developer teams to enhance product features.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar coding assistants
  • Experience with Linux/Unix administration and Python or Bash scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Git workflows, and common developer tools
  • Understanding of REST APIs and ability to use them for queries or reporting tasks
  • Strong communication skills, especially working directly with developers, gathering requirements, and supporting adoption
  • Administer, configure, and support AI Code Assistant tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, Codex), including onboarding, policy configuration, usage insights, and troubleshooting
  • Driving vendor collaboration for successful product and feature rollouts
  • Build automation scripts (Python or Bash) to streamline reporting, data collection, and platform operations
  • Assist with basic DevOps platform tasks related to GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and similar tools
  • Monitor usage patterns, adoption metrics, and performance of AI developer tools
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using configuration management tools
  • Provide clear documentation, FAQs, and quick start guides to help scale adoption across the enterprise
  • Escalate and collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues or platform enhancements
  • Support socialization and rollout efforts by partnering with developer teams
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Artifactory
  • Experience with dashboards, data visualization, or usage metrics preferred
  • Basic understanding of cloud services or containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.) is a plus

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or IT support
  • Hands on experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar coding assistants
