They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to be an integral part of their sales process, managing a pipeline of leads and collaborating with team members to enhance sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage SalesForce to assess current pipeline of advisors
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, which consist of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls
  • Book on average 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates
  • Collaborate with SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brainstorming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role required, interest in Saas sales required
  • Ability to Commute: Shelton, CT 06484 (Required)
  • Ability to Relocate: Shelton, CT 06484: Relocate before starting work (Required)
  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Studies, or related) preferred
  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
