Commercial Property Administrator (12 Month Contract)

As a Commercial Property Administrator, you will support a diverse portfolio of high-profile properties, building relationships with tenants and providing administrative support to ensure successful property management.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with tenants, providing solutions and acting as their first point of contact
  • Draft communications to tenants such as memos, notices, letters, minutes and manuals
  • Assist with the collections of tenant arrears, reconciliation of accounts and collection and reporting of Accounts Receivable
  • Provide administrative support to assigned portfolio, with the preparation reports, data management, and reconciliation of tenant accounts
  • Assist with the coordination of tenant move-ins/outs

Skills

  • One (1) year of experience in property management administration
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (i.e. rent collection, accounts receivable, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team, building strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Meticulous organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and superior attention to detail
  • Responsive, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, think critically and deliver on commitments within an expected timeframe
  • Working knowledge of Yardi will be considered an asset
