Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with data experts and business stakeholders to translate business goals and product requirements into actionable data assets that drive business outcomes. Design, develop, maintain, and monitor data pipelines that support business intelligence and data science initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. Optimize and refine data assets within our data warehouse through enhancement and curation initiatives, driving data quality and relevance. Create and scale business intelligence analyses to address stakeholder use cases and business needs, leveraging tools like SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms. Enhance data inventory through documentation of business logic and data transformations, ensuring data transparency and governance. Work with data governance teams to implement normalization and consistency of core business metrics and dimensions, driving data standardization across the organization. Develop and promote internal coding best practices , including style, readability, and effectiveness, to ensure high-quality code and collaboration. Create compelling self-service dashboards and analyses that drive substantial business results, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, or data science, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact data solutions. Proficiency in SQL/Python/R/AWS , with the ability to extract and combine data from varied sources with ease and precision. Experience with workstream management and data cataloging/documentation tools , driving data governance and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Academic interest in business drivers , with a passion for understanding what drives business success and growth. Experience with data framework development , including sovereignty models, subscription services, and data-driven forecasting approaches. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Microstrategy, with the ability to create compelling and actionable visualizations. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment , with a strong work ethic and adaptability. Strong presentation skills , including storytelling with data, to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
