The Support Technician role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely, providing customer training, and ensuring effective communication and escalation of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical hardware/software issues remotely
  • Base-level training to our customers over the phone
  • Perform remote software upgrades
  • Research issues by reading logs and configuration files
  • Log all help desk interactions into the ticketing system
  • Redirect issues to correct resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Inform management of recurring problems
