They are looking for a talented Finance Associate to join their Finance team, where the role involves coordinating billing, assisting with collections, and supporting payroll among other financial projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate billing
- Assist with collections
- Assist with payment posting
- Assist payroll
- Other financial or operations projects as needed
Skills
- 1 year of experience is strongly preferred
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented
- A problem solver
- Eager to learn new things and take on challenges
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems; adept at using Word, Google applications like Drive, Sheets, Docs
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, while also being able to grasp the 'big picture'
- Self-starter; takes independent action as appropriate using good judgment and discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
