Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You will work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues, document conversations, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

  • Document customer conversations during calls using dictation software
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and information to customers in accordance with arenaflex's policies and call guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to read and follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks
  • Basic knowledge working with computers in a work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer support tools

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
