Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center and Field
Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering professionals in the field of autism therapy. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will lead family-centered therapy for children with autism, managing staff, conducting assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage & Supervise Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery
- Conduct Assessments & Planning: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans
- Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients
Skills
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams
