They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and provide excellent customer service while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to assist members and providers
  • Document all calls, changes, and problems in the database and follow up on resolutions
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
  • Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Prior call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work afternoons, weekends, and evenings
  • Experience in healthcare with provider networks and physician offices
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with telephone systems and copier/fax machines
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented
