They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operational workflows and ensure coordination across departments, focusing on organization, communication, and process support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across teams
  • Track workflows and operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate operational records
  • Communicate updates and priorities internally
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives

Skills

  • 1-3 years of operations, coordination, or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internal systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
