Confidential Company is seeking a fluent Spanish- and English-speaking Customer Success & Account Management Associate to support outbound outreach and manage customer relationships. The role involves driving retention initiatives and requires strong communication skills along with account management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound reach-outs and discovery calls using prospect lists provided
  • Utilize existing response templates and refine messaging based on customer responses
  • Engage prospects professionally to understand needs and determine next steps
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts throughout the customer journey
  • Conduct proactive check-ins to discuss product performance and customer experience
  • Clearly communicate brand value and product positioning
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance in response to customer questions
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion or upsell as the role evolves
  • Reach out to churned or at-risk accounts to understand reasons for disengagement
  • Document insights and feedback to support retention and improvement efforts
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and AR-related items
  • Maintain professional, timely communication regarding collections

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable handling phone calls, email, and messaging platforms
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer success, account management, sales support, or client-facing roles
