Paid Media Executive (Associate Level)
The Social Shepherd is a creative and performance agency that helps global brands grow their business. As a Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for building and delivering paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, focusing on performance optimization and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, selection, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ad spend and ROI
- Create compelling ad copy and test various versions to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
- Helping clients understand performance by reporting in a holistic, informative way
- Getting involved in client relationships and communication. Ensuring they're kept in the loop of exactly what we're doing to optimize their performance
- Assisting with audits for new business pitches alongside our Paid Media Director
Skills
- 1 year of relevant experience working within google ads and meta
- Experience with numbers & data analysis, including strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Exposure to other paid platforms including but not limited to Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Twitter, Spotify
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Attribution, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications
