[Remote] Customer Success Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Worldly is the world’s most comprehensive impact intelligence platform, delivering critical data to businesses on impacts within their supply chain. The Customer Success Associate will act as a key resource for training and sustainability expertise, ensuring users maximize the value from Worldly tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical client contact for customer inquiries, answering 1st & 2nd level support tickets related to Worldly tools and sustainability questions to ensure users receive maximum value from their subscriptions
• Support the sales team by articulating the functionalities and value of Worldly tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on the development and adoption of Worldly tools, including Product Tools, Brand & Retail Modules, and Facility Tools
• Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education to ensure users are equipped to reduce their environmental and social impact
• Monitor new developments in sustainability, including technical advancements, legislative changes, and industry trends, and share insights internally to keep Worldly tools relevant
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to strengthen the organization and champion a culture of customer and partner success
• Manage multiple customer or partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are supported

Skills

• Knowledge of basic sustainability concepts and methodologies for measuring environmental and social impact, such as life cycle assessment (LCA)
• Experience working directly with clients to support their customer experience and business goals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable metrics
• Complex project management experience, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• A commitment to sustainability, demonstrated through professional or personal experience
• Flexibility to work early or late hours and willingness to travel within the North American region to support Worldly's client base
• Knowledge of the apparel, footwear, and textile industry is a plus
• Experience in a technology/SaaS organization within a fast-paced, growing environment is a plus
