They are seeking recent insurance graduates to join their New Grad Program, which provides comprehensive training and prepares them for a career as Claims Adjusters within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of claims with customers
- Interpret policies, ensure the loss falls within coverage, and finalize the claim by following the established steps in the claims process
- Recognize claims with irregularities and refer them for additional investigation
Skills
- Recent Post-Secondary Education specializing in an Insurance program
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Insurance Adjusting
- The availability to join our New Graduate Program in May 2026
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
