Geotechnical & Environmental Services is seeking a Business Development Assistant to support marketing and proposal efforts while fostering new client relationships. The role involves coordinating RFQs/RFPs, assisting with CRM management, and creating content for social media and the company website.

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate RFQs/RFPs and marketing proposals
  • Support business development and client outreach efforts
  • Assist with CRM management and staff training
  • Create and publish social media and website content
  • Coordinate events, presentations, and client meetings
  • Track new business opportunities and maintain marketing materials
  • Jump in where needed—teamwork is key!

Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Self-starter who works well with a team
  • High school diploma required
  • A/E industry experience is a plus, not a must
