• Policy Analysis and Research:
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on health policy issues, including legislation, regulations, and emerging trends.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed and existing health policies on stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and government agencies.
• Prepare detailed reports and policy briefs that summarize findings and provide client recommendations.
• Strategic Advisory:
• Provide clients with expert advice and strategic guidance on health policy matters, including regulatory compliance, policy development, and strategic planning.
• Assist clients in understanding the implications of policy changes and help them navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Develop and present policy recommendations that align with the client’s objectives and operational goals.
• Client Engagement:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges related to health policy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Political Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as a health policy consultant or in a similar role focusing on health policy analysis and advisory.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, health policy frameworks, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills, including presenting findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
