Outside Sales Account Executive

OEC Group is a leading NVOCC freight forwarding company established in 1981. They are seeking a B2B outside sales professional to build customer relationships and provide solutions in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily telemarketing/email marketing to build credibility as a logistics expert/consultant
  • Use CRM system daily for data entry
  • Establish and maintain rapport with targeted leads
  • Probe and discover perspective's client's needs
  • Offer customized solution based on strategic need of client's business
  • Close the sales
  • Provide detailed and organized notes on the client
  • Meet minimum number of prospects in sales/marketing Pipeline
  • Attend minimum number of in person visits per quarter that may require overnight stays
  • Achieve minimum gross profit goals

Skills

  • B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality who is interested in making long-lasting customer relationships
  • Excellent people skills, a result-driven self-starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus!
  • 1+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience
  • Reliable transportation at the time of hire
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Geography and global economy knowledge
  • International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus
