ASML is seeking a summer intern in the Defectivity Group, focusing on computational lithography software tools. The intern will be responsible for developing features and improvements for software, boosting product performance, and building advanced tools for defect inspection and prediction.

Responsibilities

  • To develop major features and improvements for the widely used computational lithography verification software
  • To help boost product performance
  • To develop geometry operation library
  • To support module integration
  • To build advanced tools for defect inspection and prediction
  • Other duties as assigned
  • No lab or cleanroom access

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Master/PhD degree in engineering field
  • Programming with C++
  • Understanding in data structures and algorithms
  • Familiar with SQL, UNIX environment and scripting languages
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
