Riverside is an AI-powered platform that assists content creators in producing high-quality content effortlessly. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for engaging potential customers, conducting outbound outreach, and qualifying leads to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in fuelling Riverside’s growth
  • Your focus will be on researching, identifying, and engaging high-potential leads through outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations
  • You’ll craft compelling messaging, connect through cold calls, and dig into each prospect’s unique needs to uncover potential fit
  • You'll also collaborate with the team to bring fresh ideas and strategies that refine our outbound approach

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt your message across different channels
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, always striving to learn and improve
  • Experience with outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build meaningful connections quickly
  • A creative approach to outreach, constantly thinking of new ways to engage potential customers
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting metrics
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences and networking opportunities
