Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day project management across brand, retail, digital, social, and influencer work
  • Keep projects on track — from kickoff to final asset delivery
  • Manage estimates, budgets, timelines, and client communication
  • Partner with legal, business affairs, and finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Track competitive activity and contribute strategic insights
  • Coordinate internal resources and keep everything (and everyone) organized

Skills

  • 1-3 years of agency experience
  • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Detail-obsessed and solution-oriented
  • A self-starter who thrives in creative environments
  • Energized by collaboration and culture
  • QSR experience is a plus, but not required
