Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by coordinating the scheduling of service work orders, including fire inspections, CO inspections, and annual recurring inspections. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and emails, scheduling service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a work-from-home position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate with customers to schedule service work orders, including fire inspections, CO inspections, and annual recurring inspections, while maintaining efficient routing and reducing backlog.

  • Review and research accounts based on notification of trouble conditions from ADC, Alarmnet, Uplink, and other related items, contact customers, and provide technical support to resolve and/or schedule as needed, including any warranty and device replacements.
  • Support field service technicians as needed.
  • Discuss referral programs with customers, gather information, or direct them to arenaflex's website.
  • Discuss new products and offerings with customers.

Key Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years of relevant customer service or scheduling experience.

  • Creative thinking - able to receive information from various sources and tie together as if putting together a puzzle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and within strict time constraints.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus.
