Urgent Hiring for Assistant Accountant Required: VAT Filing Experience and Zoho software Can join immediately Send CV to 052 308 2492 Job Summary as Assistant Accountant - You will be responsible to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks, must be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The goal is to contribute in the overall operation activities to make an efficient impact to help the company to be fully aware of the financial condition. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Reporting to Assistant Manager/ Finance Manager/General Manager - Assist in daily accounting works for Top Vantage Group - Issue Tax Invoices in Zoho - Petty Cash book reconciliation - Sales and Purchase entry in Zoho - Complete general ledger operations - Update Accounts Payable ageing report - Follow up Receivables and send weekly receivables ageing report - Assist with month and year end closings - Assist in preparing budgets and forecast - Assist with payroll administration - Review and process expense reports - Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process - Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures - Assist in Tax Return Filing - Prepare analysis of accounts as required - Proper documentation and filing of Financial records - Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions - Enter Intercompany Journal entries in Zoho - Assist in any other task related to finance and accounting as assigned by Line Manager - Performs any other duties as may be required, from time to time, by the Line Manager Bachelor's Degree Minimum 4 years UAE experience Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Annual Vacation: One month paid vacation after 12th month for the first year and after 11 month for the next years. Day Off: Saturday Half Day and Sunday Location: Indigo Optima Building, International City, Dubai - UAE Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - VAT Filing: 4 years (preferred) - Zoho Zoftware: 4 years (preferred)
