We are looking for a Test Engineer (m/f/d) in Zagreb, Osijek, Split or Croatia remote to join our new team. #Eviden

Key Responsibilities

  • Release major version of the CMS
  • Drive test campaign (write TC, execute TC, and reporting)
  • Automate NRT (API/UI)
  • Ensure documentation is up to date

Mission 1: Design

  • Critical analysis of user stories and contribution to the establishment of acceptance criteria
  • Writing test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Maintaining test plans in TestRail
  • Maintaining test environments for QA up-to-date and operationally ready

Mission 2: Execution

  • Execution of test campaigns for product validation
  • Automate NRT (API/UI)
  • Ensure documentation is up to date

Mission 3: Reporting

  • Drive test campaign using TestRail
  • Reporting of issues found in Jira
  • Monitoring of quality indicators (Board in Jira)

Mission 4: Participation

  • Participation in Scrum ceremonies: 3A, Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective.
  • Respect for deadlines and quality of deliverables.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of the QA practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of working experience in QA testing domain
  • Experience in the software lifecycle, particularly testing aspects, from gathering user requirements to designing and executing tests
  • Good knowledge of at least one test management tool (QualityCenter, Xray, TestRail, etc.) and a bug tracker like JIRA.
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
  • Knowledge of a CI tool (Jenkins, GilLab, etc.)
  • Organizational and ready to take on responsibilities
  • Team spirit, interpersonal skills, communication and listening skills, good oral and written expression, autonomy, rigor, ability to work in a team, pragmatism, curiosity, creativity
  • Advanced level of English, minimum B2 (written and spoken)
