We provide all the training you need to become certified in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Not only do we pay for your training…we pay YOU during your training. This position is a great opportunity if you have experience as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Teacher Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Paraprofessional, Daycare or Preschool professional. We also offer opportunities to further your career path to become a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Using research-based methods, RBTs provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a center or home-based setting. RBTs work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in delivering essential behavioral services for children with autism.
